Niagara Falls Man Arrested on Child Pornography Charges

Suspect accused of accessing and possessing child pornography

A 75 year old Niagara Falls man has been arrested on child pornography charges. 

The investigation started in April after police received a complaint about the online sexual exploitation of children. 

Earlier this month, police searched a home in Niagara Falls. 

Joseph Bognar was arrested for the following offences: 

  • 2 Counts of Possessing Child Pornography
  • 1 Count of Accessing Child Pornography

A bail hearing will take place today.
