Nearly all businesses will be allowed to reopen in Niagara on Friday.
The Region is moving to stage three along with places like Hamilton, Halton and Haldimand-Norfolk.
Indoor dining will be allowed at restaurants and bars with physical distancing measures in place.
Gatherings will be allowed to increase to 50 people indoors and 100 outdoors.
These limits will apply to certain higher-risk businesses like casinos, movie theatres and gyms.
Strict measures will be in place to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
