After 37 years in emergency care, Roger Mayo is moving on to a new chapter.
He joined the Niagara EMS in 1999 as the manager of quality improvement and standards.
Mayo went to Region of Waterloo EMS for a few years in the early 2000s, before returning to Niagara EMS as Deputy Chief in 2013.
EMS Chief Kevin Smith is congratulating Mayo for his nearly four decades of dedication to the paramedic profession.
On behalf of Niagara EMS, Smith is wishing Mayo and his family all the best in his retirement.
