Niagara Drug Use Survey

The Overdose Prevention Education Network of Niagara is looking for your input.

They have opened an online survey asking about drug use in Niagara.

The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and asks how drugs effect the community, drug use prevention ideas and any personal experiences you have with drugs.

Any of the questions listed above can be skipped.

It also asks for some personal info including your age, gender, background and postal code.

Participants in the survey must be 16 or older.

Once complete you will be entered into a chance to win one of three $50 gift cards.
