Niagara College is number 1 on a list of Canada's Top 50 Research Colleges.
It was compiled by Research Infosource Inc. and released earlier today.
Cegep de Trois-Rivières came in second place, while Lambton College took third.
George Brown College came in at number six and Mohawk College was right behind in the seventh spot.
NC President Dan Patterson says Niagara College has become a go-to place for applied research.
