22 year old international student died last Friday
Flags at Niagara College have been lowered to honour the memory of a 22 year old international student who was killed last week as the result of an accident.
The college is honouring the memory of Deeksha Deeksha who was a second-term student in the Palliative Care program.
On September 23rd a 22 year old pedestrian was killed on McLeod Road in Niagara Falls.
