Niagara College graduate joins Raptors broadcast team.
A Niagara College graduate has scored a slam dunk in her broadcasting career.
Sportsnet has announced that Amy Audibert has joined the broadcast team for the Toronto Raptors, and will deliver news, interviews and insights as analyst and sideline reporter.
The Niagara Falls native graduated from the school's Broadcasting - Radio, Television and Film program in 2012, and says she's excited to take on the new role.
"I always wanted to work in the NBA, that’s always been a huge goal for me, and to be able to do this at home [in Canada] it cuts you a little deeper," said Audibert.
In March, Audibert was part of an all-female bradcast crew for a televised Raptors game against the Denver Nuggets.
The Raptors will kick off pre-season action on October 4th against the 76ers, and the regular season will begin with a home game against the Washington Wizards.
