A former Niagara College student has won the ninth season of "Top Chef Canada."
Erica Karbelnik took home $100,000 and a Lexus RX Hybrid Electric SUV.
Competing alongside her was her husband Josh, making the high school sweethearts the first married couple to appear on the show.
Josh made it to the final four chefs before being eliminated.
The pair both graduated from the school's Culinary Management Co-op program in 2011.
