Niagara Region Public Health confirms that all vaccination clinics in the area are fully booked.
This comes after the provincial booking portal opened up to Niagara residents 60 and older this morning.
Public Health hopes to add more clinics in the coming days in order to meet the demand for shots.

As well, several pharmacies in the region are providing doses to people 55 and older.

To date, 89 percent of the 80+ population, 72 percent of those 75-79 and 70 percent of those 70-74 in Niagara have received shots.
