The NCDSB has declared an outbreak at St. Charles Catholic Elementary.
This news comes after a second positive case at the school was determined to be linked to a previous case.
The board has also learned of two more cases: one at Father Hennepin Catholic Elementary School and an individual with ties to Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School, Father Hennepin Catholic Elementary School and Sacred Heart Catholic Elementary.
Public Health says the person at Father Hennepin Catholic Elementary School has been in self isolation since prior to the Christmas break, and they have reached out to the other individual's close contacts.
Niagara Catholic also says that the outbreak at Saint Michael Catholic Elementary has been declared over.
