Mark Mancari will not be the Assistant Coach for the Niagara IceDogs next season.
He says his split from the team was a mutual agreement because he spent most of the season commuting from London to Niagara.
He was hired on as the Assistant Coach last season.
This was his first coaching job and he’s thanking the IceDogs organization for the opportunity.
Head Coach Billy Burke says Mancari has a bright future in coaching ahead of him, and he’s thanking him for all of his hard work and dedication this season.
Mancari spent 14-years playing professional hockey across the NHL, AHL and DEL in Germany before he decided to pursue coaching.
