The NRP is searching for a wanted man who has ties to the Rose City.
Ronald M. Smith is wanted for arson following a house fire in the Duncan Street and Cozy Street area early Friday morning.
Four people and a dog had to be rescued from the burning building but thankfully no one was hurt.
Smith is white, about 6’2 and he weighs about 165 pounds.
He has a slender build, brown hair, brown eyes and a tattoo of a shooting star under his right eye.
