The 2 vehicle collision closed Lundy's Lane, between Townline and Garner Roads till about midnight
A serious two vehicle collision closed a section of Lundy's Lane yesterday afternoon and evening.
Niagara regional police were called just before 4 to the scene at Lundy's and Beechwood Road, to find a green Kawasaki motorcycle had collided with a white Toyota.
The 28-year old man driving the bike was taken to hospital, but then flown to out-of-region trauma centre with life threatening injuries.
The 31-year old woman driving the car was taken to hospital with minor injuries, while the 11-year old girl with her was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
Damage to the bike is about #13,000, the car estimated at $10,000.
Police add some hydro wires were knocked down.
