Police have arrested a man after a string of thefts from vehicles in Welland.
A man was caught on camera taking cash from an unlocked car.
Police identified him as a 33-year-old, wanted on an outstanding warrant.
When the man was arrested, police found stolen tools and identification.
The tools have been returned to their rightful owner.
The man is charged with theft and drug possession charges.
