Four people helped saved a life at a Niagara Falls hotel
A group of local heroes was honoured yesterday.
In June, emergency crews were called to a hotel on Centre Street in Niagara Falls.
Before they arrived, four people helped remove someone from the pool and did CPR until the fire department got there, saving the person's life.
Yesterday, Mayor Jim Diodati and Fire Chief Jo Zambito presented the heroes with a special Fire Chief's coin.
Diodati says none of the group members had any lifeguard training.
