NRP say incident took place last week at business in West Lincoln
Niagara Regional Police have made an arrest in connection to an indecent act that took place at a local business in West Lincoln last week.
NRP say a man entered a local business on September 22nd and female staff members witnessed him commit an indecent act.
The man quickly left the business and was arrested on the weekend.
52 year old William Vanbrederode of Lincoln has been charged with committing an indecent act in a public place.
He was being held in custody for a bail hearing today.
