A flood watch remains in effect for Lake Erie. The NPCA reported wave heights exceeding 6.5-feet yesterday.
The Greater Fort Erie Emergency Response Team saw major flooding in several areas Thursday night; including Four Mile Creek, Point Abino Road and the Niagara Parkway.
It’s a good idea to stay away from the shoreline.
The NPCA says the flood watch will remain in effect until noon today.
