He'll leave Ottawa just after midnight tonight and hopefully make it to Niagara in about 36 hours on his bike.
It's a 560 kilometre journey and Justin Turgeon is hoping to arrive at the Branscombe Mental Health Centre in St. Catharines Wednesday afternoon.
The Ride Over Matter will shine a light on mental health, all while raising money for Pathstone.
