The Canadian economy added another 246,000 jobs in August and most of them were full time.
Statistics Canada says the national unemployment rate dropped to 10.2 percent last month.
It was sitting at 10.9 percent in July.
Ontario's rate also fell to 10.6 percent compared to 11.3 percent the month before.
Niagara had a rate of 11.3 percent, which is a significant decline compared to the 12.5 percent reported in July.
