The Fort Erie Fire Department would like every homeowner to have a 72-hour emergency kit ready to go.
Winter is right around the corner; so it's important to have food, water, tools, first aid and extra clothes and bedding on hand just in case a storm hits.
Pet owners should also have enough food for their furry friend at home.
If you have a baby at home; your kit should include diapers, bottled milk and formula.
