The chief of staff for the province's housing minister has stepped down.
The premier's office has released a statement, saying they have accepted Ryan Amato's resignation, effective immediately.
This comes after Ontario's auditor general released a report on the plans to develop housing on parts of the Greenbelt.
The report suggests the plans favoured certain developers that had access to Amato.
