Niagara police worked with Hamilton police on this case, starting in November
A 32-year old Hamilton man is facing two child porn charges following an investigation by Niagara and Hamilton police.
In November, the NRP's Internet Child Exploitation unit began looking into the uploading of Child Sexual Abuse Material, with the help of Hamilton ICE unit.
Police say they used a search warrant today in Hamilton, and took numerous devices that had evidence resulting in the arrest of Cody Alexander Fisher.
Not only does he face a count of accessing, and a count of possessing child porn, but also failing to comply with probation.
The probation order, in relation to children, was from a previous criminal code conviction.
Police add he has a bail hearing today in St. Catharines.
