New poll suggests Canadians are seeking higher salaries, better benefits
A new survey suggests about half of Canadian workers plan to look for a new job this year.
A poll conducted by recruitment firm Robert Half shows over 50 percent of respondents plan to look for a new job within the next six months.
That's nearly double the amount reported last year.
The top reasons given include a higher salary, better benefits, more advancement opportunities and greater flexibility in choosing when and where they work.
Workers most likely to make a change include people millennials, tech workers, parents and people who have been with a company between two and four years.
