Students at pair of Niagara schools set to become entrepreneurs
As the saying goes, when life gives you lemons making lemonade.
And that's exactly what students from two Niagara elementary schools will be doing tomorrow on the campus of Brock University.
Grade 4 students from James Morden Public School in Niagara Falls and St. Patrick Catholic Elementary School in Port Colborne will set up stands in the school's Jubilee Court and will be selling their refreshing drinks to the campus and wider Niagara community from 11 am to 1 pm.
The university’s Goodman Lemonade program has been teaching Niagara elementary students the basics of running a for-profit business since 2017.
