Body recovered after cart goes into pond
The York Regional Police Marine Unit has recovered the body of a 71-year-old man from Toronto in a pond at a golf course in Richmond Hill.
The tragic accident happened around noon yesterday after a golf cart being driven by the victim went into the pond.
Four hours later the marine unit recovered the body.
Foul play is not suspected.
