A few homeowners in Welland will have to move their outdoor garbage bins.
They're no longer allowed on the front porch. They have to be in a backyard, a side yard or up against a building or a fence in an orderly fashion.
City Council passed the new rules last night.
You could face a $400 fine for not complying, while repeat offenders will have to pay $800.
