A Welland school has four additional cases of COVID-19.
Quaker Road Public School now has six confirmed cases of the virus.
It's not known if the infected individuals are students or staff members.
Niagara Region Public Health has conducted contact tracing with staff and students who had close contact with the individuals, and those people are being advised to self-isolate at home.
Custodians will conduct a thorough cleaning of the school.
In addition, the school has received a visit from a Public Health Nurse and a Public Health Inspector.
