A growing list of cases of COVID-19 at Niagara schools.
The DSBN says four more individuals at Quaker Road Public School in Welland have tested positive for the virus bringing the total number of cases to 15.
The board says each of the four were in self isolation when they received their test results but as an added safety measure Public Health has recommended three additional classrooms close.
That brings the total of closed classrooms at the school to 12 but Public Health says it is safe to keep the remaining rooms open because all of the infections were isolated quickly.
The DSBN is also reporting individual cases of the coronavirus at James Morden in Niagara Falls and Glynn A. Green in Fonthill.
There are two cases as well at Gordon Elementary in Welland.
Meantime Niagara Catholic says they have one new case to report at Blessed Trinity Catholic Secondary in Grimsby.
