Police have arrested four people after an incident at a hotel in Niagara Falls.
A man went to meet a friend at the hotel in the area of Lundy's Lane and Kalar yesterday afternoon.
Police say when the men went into the room, he was held at gunpoint by a masked man.
The victim was hit in the head with a gun, but managed to get away.
He was taken to hospital with serious injuries, and has since been released.
Police have arrested two men and two women and held them for bail hearings.
They face a total of 11 charges including robbery with a firearm.
