Police called after vehicle blocked lane of the Niagara Parkway
A Fort Erie resident is facing impaired driving charges following an incident in Niagara Falls.
Earlier today, police received a call about a driver on Niagara Parkway near Service Road 29.
Upon arrival, officers spotted a vehicle blocking the entire southbound lane of Niagara Parkway.
Police say the driver told them the car had a flat tire.
Officers suspected the driver was impaired, and asked for a breath sample.
The driver failed the breathalyzer test.
A 20 year old Fort Erie resident has been charged.
