A Fort Erie man is maintaining a great attitude in winning the lottery, after thinking he won a $-million.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming corporation says Todd Brown matched the last 6 of 7 Encore numbers in the July 19th, Lotto Max draw.
He works in the horse racing industry, and has been playing the lottery for as long as he can remember.
When he recently scanned his ticket, he thought he won a million, and immediately started to cry.
He had the clerk check the ticket, who confirmed it was $100,000, when made him cry even more, with a laugh.
He says he plans to pay some bills, save some, and donate to animal charities.
The winning ticket was bought at Avondale on Garrison Road.
