Motorist accused of driving slowly and erratically on QEW
OPP say they received a call Sunday about a pickup truck on the highway near McLeod Road in Niagara Falls that was travelling slowly and stopping periodically in a live lane of traffic.
Police quickly responded and charged Ted Kuzmich with dangerous driving and mischief.
As a result his vehicle was impounded and his licence suspended for seven days.
OPP say the accused had taken part in an unlawful demonstration prior to his arrest.
