Government will match individual donations up to $10 million.
The federal government is planning to help Ukrainian relief efforts by matching donations made by individuals to the Canadian Red Cross.
The campaign will run until March 18th.
A senior government official telling several media outlets the government will match donations by Canadians up to a maximum of $10 million.
Meanwhile, the head of Save the Children Canada is also urging the public to donate funds as part of a global appeal to help humanitarian efforts in Ukraine.
