In an effort to help Canadians suffering during the pandemic, the federal government is extending some programs offering support to businesses and individuals.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has announced that the Canada Emergency Rent Subsidy, the Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy, and Lockdown Support will be extended until the beginning of June.
Trudeau says that while the country has come a long way, workers and business owners still need support.
