Head of Ontario Advisory Table disappointed with rising COVID case numbers
One of the scientific directors for Ontario's COVID-19 Science Advisory Table is warning that the province's fight against COVID-19 is losing ground again.
Doctor Peter Juni says the rising case numbers are due in part to relaxing attitudes when it comes to preventive measures.
He says reintroducing capacity limits may help the situation, but individuals have the power to help steady the course through behavioural changes like avoiding crowds, wearing masks indoors and working from home if possible.
