Family says it will "exhaust every legal avenue available."
The family of Katrina Blagdon says her case isn't closed yet.
The 37 year old military vet was found dead on May 4th in the water near the Heywood Generating Station in Port Dalhousie.
Blagdon went missing on New Year's Eve in St. Catharines.
While a cause of death hasn't been released, police say foul play isn't suspected.
In a statement on the "TR!NAs ARMY" Facebook page, her family says the case isn't closed yet, and they won't rest until all legal avenues have been exhausted.
"The case is not closed. We will not rest until we have exhausted every legal avenue available to us. The injustices against her person, legacy, reputation and estate will be put to rights. This is the way we honour her."
The family also says a visitation will take place on June 10th at George Darte Funeral Home, followed by a service on June 11th.
