Weather Network says Niagara could see anywhere from 15-to-30 cm of snow
Another major winter storm is forecast for this long holiday weekend in Ontario but Niagara may be spared the worst of it.
The Weather Network is warning of anywhere from 15-to-30 cm of snow this weekend.
Forecasters say there is a chance of a messy mix of precipitation across the northern shores of Lake Erie and towards the Niagara Region.
Frigid temperatures will stick around for the weekend as well, with wind chills around -15.
If you're travelling this weekend, OPP are advising motorists to pay attention to road conditions especially around the GTA as they are on target to get the brunt of this next storm system.
With the threat of a storm, the City of St. Catharines has put their S’no Parking restrictions in place.
Starting at noon tomorrow (Saturday, Feb. 15) the restrictions prohibit on-street parking in most neighbourhoods.
Those who fail to comply will be subject to a $30 ticket and potential towing at their expense.
