8 Niagara beaches posted as unsafe for swimming
It's not the heat wave we experienced last week but Environment Canada says hot temperatures will stick around in most areas of Ontario this week.
Environment Canada says Niagara is to see a high of 26 degrees today the humidex pushing it to 29 with a U-V index that will be at eight or very high.
On Tuesday, the city will see a high of 28 degrees with a humidex around 36.
And if you're thinking of cooling off at one of Niagara's beaches, 8 are currently posted as unsafe for swimming due e-coli bacteria or excessive algae.
