Police say it happened Friday afternoon in St. Catharines, in the parking lot of 12 Mile Creek
An 81-year old Toronto man is facing a charge of indescent act after complaints in St. Catharines.
Niagara regional police were called late Friday afternoon to the parking lot of 12 Mile Creek, where they say an elderly man was touching and exposing himself as he walked behind a woman.
Police say they spoke with a number of witnesses who confirmed this, and with their help, police found and arrested the suspect.
Clement Gonsalves was eventually released, with a future court date.
Police also believe there are other victims.
