Con Gusto Artisan Bakery was recently certified at the Champion Level.
The bakery employs six full-time and one part-time staff in St. Catharines.
It first opened it's doors back in 2006, specializing in artisanal breads, pastries and traditional Italian baking.
The Niagara Poverty Reduction Network has set the living wage at $18.12 per hour in the Region.
