59 year old man facing charges
A 59 year old Niagara Falls man is facing charges after a pick up truck crashed into the front of the Niagara Falls Community Health Centre early this morning.
Police were called to the scene just before 2:30 after the suspect lost control of his Ford Ranger pickup and drove into the building on Victoria Avenue.
When officers arrived on scene the suspect was stuck in the vehicle and had to be freed by firefighters.
The driver was taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Police say Duane Mattatall is charged with impaired operation of a vehicle by alcohol and failure or refusal to comply with demand.
