Wedding bells will ring in Welland once again.
The city will start issuing marriage licences by appointment starting tomorrow.
All appointments will be booked sometime between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on a Monday, Wednesday or Thursday.
Civic Square will only be open for appointments and COVID-19 protocols will be in place.
You will have to pass a screening in advance and practice physical distancing.
