Divers asked to follow safety precautions
The City of Welland is encouraging scuba divers to be safe during the summer.
You're asked to keep a Dive Flag on the surface of the water.
The flag will act as a signal for people swimming and boating on the water's surface, as well as firefighters who may need to respond to emergencies.
