Highlights of the 2021 capital project budget include $2.75 million for a new multi-purpose outdoor facility, and $8.2 million for sanitary sewer replacements and infrastructure renewal.
In addition, low residential water consumers will have an annual increase of $37.00, and average residential water consumers will have a $2.00 increase.
Residents can also expect a 1.96 percent tax increase after assessment growth
