Public engagement session taking place tomorrow
The City of St. Catharines wants to hear from residents about the former GM property.
A public engagement session is taking place tomorrow night at 6:30 p.m. at the Holiday Inn and Suites on Ontario Street.
The City plans to conduct a land use study of the Ontario Street corridor from the QEW in the north to Welland Avenue in the south.
The corridor includes the industrial properties located at 282 and 285 Ontario Street, the former GM manufacturing site.
The City is looking wants to hear from residents about future opportunities for the property.
Tomorrow's meeting will include displays, a presentation, and a question and answer session.
