The City of St. Catharines is asking for donations to help Ukrainian newcomers coming to Canada.
The City has teamed up with the Niagara Branch of the Ukrainian Canadian Congress.
Items urgently needed include school supplies for children, new clothing for adults and kids and personal hygiene items.
Donations can be dropped off at the following locations:
- Kiwanis Aquatic Centre - 425 Carlton St.
- St. Catharines Public Library branches
- St. Catharines Museum and Welland Canals Centre - 1932 Welland Canals Parkway
- City Hall - 50 Church St.
- Russell Avenue Community Centre - 108 Russell Avenue
- Dunlop Drive Community Centre - 80 Dunlop Drive
