It will be one of the tallest buildings in Canada. Niagara Falls City Council gave the green light to a 72-storey building last night.
It will include 465 hotel rooms and 275 residential units, all on the corner of Stanley Ave and Dunn Street.
The iconic development will also include a pool, which will overlook the Falls.
A four-storey parking garage, plus 1 storey of underground parking, will be located out back in the Dixon Street and Cleveland Ave area.
The projects architect says construction should take at least a year and a half to two years.
