They believe he's responsible for 107 cases of graffiti in his hometown.
The NRP arrested and charged a 22-year-old man from St. Catharines yesterday.
They found the graffiti tag "HUER" in various locations throughout the city; on private property, city-owned property and public utility property.
Some of them could date back to October 2018.
Police say the removal costs could total around $100,000.
Officers searched the man's home, where they also found multiple cans of spray paint.
They believe he stole the cans from a local business.
He has been charged with mischief over $5,000, mischief under $5,000 and theft under $5,000.
