28 year old driver charged
The collision happened July 11th of last year when EMS and Police were called after a vehicle travelling on Irvine Road struck a pedestrian.
The driver remained on scene.
The pedestrian, a 41 year old Niagara on the Lake man, later died in hospital from his injuries.
The driver of the car, 28 year old Cody Sullivan of St. Catharines, has been charged with dangerous operation causing death.
