Police say a 94-year-old man lost control of his vehicle on Dorchester Road yesterday afternoon.
He hit two parked cars before hitting the building.
This caused about $5,000 in damage to his vehicle.
One of the parked cars also sustained $5,000 in damage and the repair bill for the second parked car is about $500.
The man was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries and he has also been charged with careless driving.
